Earthquake Response

What to do in an earthquake. No matter where you are 1. drop to the floor or lock your walker/wheelchair 2. cover your neck/head, go under a sturdy table if possible. 3. hold on until shaking stops. 4. stop where nothing can fall on or under you. 5. proceed with caution. exit damaged buildings but don;t run or use the elevator. 6. Prepare for aftershocks, fires, tsunamis, broken glass, spills, building damage, and other hazards
