  • Anyone in Santa Clara County who operates disaster shelters or overnight warming locations.
  • Anyone who works with unhoused.
  • Anyone interested in operating a shelter or overnight warming location.

On registration, please be prepared to answer the question, “where do you fit into cold weather planning?” Are you:

  • Responsible for Operating a Disaster Shelter.
  • Responsible for Operating an Overnight Warming Location.
  • Work with Unhoused Populations.
  • Interested in Supporting.
