The Access and Functional Needs (AFN) Support Network brings together organizations that serve the community to ensure accessibility of resources and information for individuals with disabilities and other access and functional needs throughout the disaster cycle.
This network facilitates streamlined communication amongst those serving the AFN community, working as a compliment to the AFN committee, which is more project focused.

The Advocacy and Equity Support Network promotes equity by engaging advocacy, legal, cultural, and religious organizations that provide subject matter expertise, information, and resources to address disparities and advocate for vulnerable communities throughout the disaster cycle.

The Animal Support Network brings together organizations that provide services to animals to communicate and collaborate throughout the disaster cycle to protect all animals – pets, large animals, and wildlife – in Santa Clara County.
The Climate Resilience Community Support Network brings together organizations working to combat climate change and foster sustainability. The network promotes communication and collaboration to mitigate climate-related disasters and support community sustainability efforts throughout the disaster cycle.

The Communication and Information Network supports communication between all networks, facilitates back up communication methods (information centers, HAM radio) and supports efforts to reach the whole community (ex. translators, interpreters).
CADRE is also developing a Communication and Information Committee who will work pre-disaster to prepare these communication resources

The Donation Community Support Network facilitates coordination among groups managing donations during disasters, providing a communication hub to streamline information sharing and resource management for effective donation management.
CADRE will develop a Donations & Volunteer Committee to support disaster readiness and planning for donation management throughout Santa Clara County.

The Business & Community Support Network brings together businesses, neighborhood and homeowner associations, and other community organizations to share information and collaborate. This partnership builds resilience, supports community well-being, and ensures continuity of both essential services and local economic stability across the disaster cycle.
The Employment Assistance Support Network brings together organizations that support Santa Clara County residents’ ability to work, including workforce development, job centers, adult schools, child care, and higher education. The network will facilitate collaboration and information sharing between these organizations to support residents’ ability to find and maintain employment throughout the disaster cycle

The Faith and Spiritual Care Support Network provides a communication platform for faith-based organizations to share information and resources to support spiritual and emotional well-being throughout the disaster cycle and facilitate collaboration with other service providers (food pantries, warming/cooling centers, unhoused support, etc.).
CADRE is developing an Emotional & Spiritual Care Committee to compliment this network that will be project focused.
The Food Support Network provides a means of communication and information sharing for organizations involved in the food system in Santa Clara County throughout the disaster cycle. In support of combating food insecurity and enhancing feeding capacity, this network can help organizations find funding for mitigation, conduct training and exercises for disaster readiness, strengthen communication during disaster response, and facilitate collaboration during disaster relief and recovery efforts. The Mass Care Support Network convenes organizations to support the Red Cross and local government mass care services before and during disasters. This network will help streamline communication and connect organizations who may provide mass care during a disaster, to facilitate collaboration and avoid redundancy of efforts.
CADRE and the Red Cross are developing a Mass Care Committee to help prepare and train organizations to more effectively provide mass care within the structures that are already in place.

The Mental and Behavioral Health Support Network engages organizations providing mental and behavioral health services, fostering collaboration to identify and address community mental health needs throughout the disaster cycle.
CADRE is creating an Emotional & Spiritual Care Committee to compliment this network; unlike the network, which focuses on information sharing, the committee will be project focused.
The Senior Support Network connects organizations providing senior services to streamline communication and collaboration and meet the unique needs of the senior community in Santa Clara County throughout the disaster cycle.

The Transportation Coordination Support Network engages transportation service providers to streamline communication and collaboration throughout the disaster cycle to support efficient transportation services and facilitate evacuations, community mobility, and access to essential resources.
The Veteran Support Network connects organizations providing veteran services to enhance communication and collaboration to facilitate more comprehensive support for veteran communities throughout the disaster cycle and address their unique needs.
VolunteerThe Volunteer Community Support Network facilitates coordination among groups supporting volunteer efforts during disasters. The network provides a communication hub to streamline information sharing and resource mobilization in support of effective deployment and utilization of volunteers throughout the disaster cycle.
CADRE will develop a Donations & Volunteer Committee to support disaster readiness and planning for volunteer management throughout Santa Clara County.
