Animals in Disaster Focus Group

CADRE is convening community organizations and individuals to participate in a countywide planning effort focused on the needs of animals (large, small, exotic, etc) during and after disasters like extreme heat and cold, earthquakes, fires and floods.

We’re looking for those with experience and insight into the best way(s) to care for animals (and their people) when they are displaced.

Who should attend:

Animal Control
Veterinarians / Vet Techs
Groomers
Pet foster care providers
Animal Rescue
Pet Supply Stores
Others interested in helping with this effort
