Siskiyou County Needs Hmong Interpretors
Siskiyou County needs to provide interpreters for the Hmong Community. There are needs for drinkable water and other resources for these families BUT we need to be able to interview them and find out exactly what they need.
If you have access to members of the Hmong Community that would be willing to travel to Siskiyou and work with these families, please reach out to Jacqueline Nushi from NorCal United Way. She will work with the interpreters to set up a church or site where the members of the community can come – like a Local Assistance Center – so that we interview them in a “non-threatening way” and can provide what they need.
